PRIVACY POLICY.

This Privacy Policy describes how JUGS LLC ("JUGS," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit moveyourjugs.com, contact us, register, purchase membership or merchandise, request a physical reward, or use the member dashboard.

Account and billing: Registration details such as your name and email address, account identifiers, membership status, subscription history, billing and transaction records, and support messages.

Training and recognition: Workout check-offs, dates and time-zone settings, training notes, phase-review requests and decisions, recognition requests and history, and issued badges. If physical finisher items require delivery information, we collect the information you provide to arrange delivery.

Nutrition: Saved meal plans, recipe favorites and private notes, and Food Diary entries such as foods and drinks, dates, meal categories, quantities, nutrient values, and their sources.

Optional saved calculator results: Inputs and results you choose to save for supported calculators. These may include age, height, weight, equation-sex selection, activity category, and calculated estimates. We also store preferences such as tutorial acknowledgement.

Community: Your chosen display name, posts, replies, posting dates, moderation records, and program-status flair.

Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, requests, security and diagnostic records, website activity, and cookie or similar browser-storage information collected through the website and its providers.

Merchandise and physical rewards: Purchaser and recipient names, email and delivery contact details, shipping and billing addresses, selected products, sizes, colors, quantities, order and payment references, shipping charges, fulfillment and tracking records, and support or return requests. For a product problem, we may collect photos of the item, label, or packaging and related correspondence. Reward records also include eligibility evidence, reviewed membership start dates, and approval history. Merchandise and physical rewards ship to United States addresses only. Previously recorded shipping quotes or payment references may remain in historical records.

We use account and billing information to authenticate members, determine access, administer subscriptions, process transactions, and respond to support requests.

We use training records to show progress, determine workout eligibility, manage rest and recovery, review completed phases, and administer phase badges and finisher recognition.

We use nutrition entries and optional saved calculator results to provide the tools you select and retrieve your saved information. These records do not determine training progression or recognition.

We use community information to display posts and replies, show your chosen name and earned status, and moderate the community. Tutorial and other preferences help maintain your dashboard settings.

We also use information to operate and secure the service, investigate errors or misuse, maintain necessary business records, comply with legal obligations, and send account communications. Promotional communications are subject to your choices and applicable law.

We use merchandise and reward details to process orders, verify reward eligibility, arrange production and delivery, send order updates, investigate shipment or product issues, and handle refunds or replacements. We share the information needed for each of these tasks with the relevant payment, fulfillment, and delivery providers.

JUGS uses the following services to operate the website and dashboard:

Squarespace: Website hosting, contact forms, built-in website analytics, product catalog, shopping cart, merchandise checkout, and order records.

Outseta: Registration, authentication, account records, subscription management, and account communications.

Printify and fulfillment providers: Print-on-demand production and fulfillment of merchandise and approved physical rewards. Order details needed for fulfillment, such as the recipient’s name, delivery address, selected product and variant, and necessary contact or shipping information, are provided to Printify, the assigned print provider, and delivery carriers. These providers process information for production, delivery, tracking, and issue resolution. JUGS does not send your Food Diary, calculator measurements, or workout notes as part of apparel fulfillment.

Stripe: Payments, billing, and transaction processing.

Cloudflare: Dashboard API processing, database storage for member features, and related hosting and security services.

USDA FoodData Central: Food searches and food or portion lookups. The dashboard sends these requests through the JUGS server. Food search terms and selected food identifiers are sent to USDA; the lookup requests do not include your JUGS account identifier, complete diary, or saved calculator measurements. Avoid entering personal information into food searches.

Google Analytics: Website traffic and usage measurement through the Squarespace integration. Google may receive information such as pages viewed, referring websites, interactions, browser and device details, approximate location, and cookie or similar identifiers, depending on your choices and the enabled settings. We use these reports to understand website use and improve the site. For more information, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy.

Google Fonts: Page styles request fonts from Google. Your browser makes a connection to that provider, which can receive technical connection information.

Providers process information in connection with their services and applicable privacy terms. Information may be processed in locations where JUGS or its providers operate, which may be outside your state or country.

Paid membership billing is handled through Outseta and Stripe. Merchandise checkout is provided through Squarespace with Stripe payment processing. The custom JUGS dashboard does not collect or store your complete payment card number or card security code.

JUGS may access subscription status, invoices, transaction identifiers, payment status, refunds, and other billing information needed to administer memberships, merchandise orders, reward fulfillment, refunds, and support. Payment providers retain information under their policies and applicable requirements.

The site uses cookies and similar technologies for website operation, authentication, membership sessions, built-in Squarespace analytics, and Google Analytics. Analytics helps us understand visits, traffic sources, pages viewed, and website interactions. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish visits and sessions. Google may also receive limited measurement signals when analytics-cookie storage is declined, depending on how consent mode operates. Declining cookies does not necessarily prevent every technical connection or measurement signal.

Google Analytics is used for website measurement. We do not intentionally send your name, email address, access token, Food Diary contents, saved calculator measurements, or private workout notes to Google Analytics. Please do not enter personal or sensitive information into website URLs or search fields.

Analytics choices: Where offered, use the site’s cookie banner or cookie-preference controls to accept or decline non-essential analytics cookies. You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser. Google provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported desktop browsers. Deleting cookies can reset stored preferences. Cookie choices do not change your membership or unsubscribe you from emails.

The dashboard also uses browser session storage to preserve a pending Food Diary change so it can be checked or retried after an interrupted request. This can temporarily include the entry details and your account identifier. The stored pending change is removed when the dashboard confirms or resolves it.

Browser controls and any available site cookie settings can help manage cookies or storage. Blocking essential storage can affect login, account access, or recovery of interrupted requests. Use caution on shared devices, and sign out when finished.

Browser storage also supports the shopping cart and checkout and remembers account-scoped dashboard or Manager sections, selected saved records, and filters during the browser session. Restored view selections do not automatically save unfinished editor text or calculator measurements. Commerce and payment providers may use cookies or similar technologies needed for checkout, fraud prevention, and payment functionality.

Training, nutrition, and measurement records can reveal information about your health or habits. Provide only the information you want processed for the features you use. Avoid adding unrelated medical records, diagnoses, or other sensitive details to notes or food searches.

Food Diary entries, meal plans, training notes, recipe notes, and saved calculator records are account features and are not automatically published in JUGS Club. JUGS administrators and service providers may access or process information when needed to provide support, operate the service, manage reviews, maintain security, or meet legal obligations.

Supported calculator results are saved to your account only when you choose the save action. Clearing the on-screen calculator does not remove an earlier saved result. Use its removal control to remove the supported saved result. The Jug Fill Calculator does not save its inputs to your account.

JUGS Club posts and replies are visible to members with community access and administrators. Your chosen display name and assigned flair appear with your contributions. A display name does not make your account anonymous to JUGS. Share only information you are comfortable making available in that community.

Removing your own post or reply affects its availability in the community, but cannot retrieve copies others may already have made. Information may remain in backups, change history, or records retained for legal, security, or dispute purposes as described below.

JUGS does not sell personal information or use private member training, nutrition, or calculator records for targeted advertising. Website usage information is disclosed to Google for the analytics purposes described in Sections 03 and 05.

We disclose information to the service providers described above as needed to host, authenticate, bill for, secure, support, and operate the services, fulfill merchandise and approved rewards, deliver shipments, and resolve order problems. Website analytics involves the technical and usage information described in Sections 03 and 05. Food lookups send the search or food information described in Section 03. Community contributions are shared within JUGS Club as described in Section 06.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, to protect people or legal rights, or to investigate fraud and security incidents. Information may be transferred in a merger, acquisition, or other business transfer, subject to applicable law and required notice.

If you ask us to send information to another recipient or authorize another disclosure, we may use it for that request subject to applicable law.

Shipping and reward-request details are not automatically published in JUGS Club. Provide only the recipient and order information needed for fulfillment. If you supply another person’s delivery details, ensure you are authorized to provide them for that delivery.

We retain personal information for the purposes described in this policy, considering the account relationship, the type and sensitivity of the data, support needs, security, legal obligations, and the need to resolve disputes. Retention periods can differ by record type and provider.

Canceling a subscription stops its renewal; it does not automatically close your free account or delete your training, nutrition, community, or billing records. Clearing a calculator, removing an entry from view, and closing an account are also separate actions.

Available removal controls affect supported saved records. Some associated history, transaction records, security logs, or backup copies may remain for legitimate retention purposes or legal requirements. Historical recognition records may also be retained for administration and record integrity.

To request account closure, deletion, or information about retention, contact JUGS. We will assess the request under applicable law and explain relevant limitations. We do not promise immediate deletion from every backup or third-party system.

Merchandise orders, delivery and tracking records, reward eligibility and fulfillment history, refund records, and issue documentation may be retained for fulfillment, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Deleting a dashboard record or closing an account does not automatically delete records that fulfillment, payment, or delivery providers must retain. Requests concerning these records can be sent to JUGS using the contact details below.

JUGS uses account authentication and access checks, together with security features provided by its hosting and payment providers, to help protect personal information. Protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized access through the contact details below.

Internet services cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident requires notice under applicable law, JUGS will provide the required notices. The website, dashboard, and community are not monitored emergency services.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, withdraw applicable consent, restrict certain processing, or appeal a privacy-request decision. Some records and requests are subject to legal exceptions.

Use account and feature controls for supported updates or removals. For other requests, contact hello@moveyourjugs.com or use Contact JUGS. Include the email associated with your account and a description of the request. We may need to verify your identity using information proportionate to the request.

We handle requests within the time required by applicable law. A right to request a copy does not mean that an automatic export button is currently available. We will not deny legally protected rights because you submit a privacy request.

If you receive promotional emails from JUGS, use the unsubscribe instructions in those messages or contact us to change your marketing preferences.

Account verification, security, billing, subscription, and other necessary service communications may still be sent. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel your membership.

JUGS memberships, training programs, dashboard tools, and community features are intended for adults age 18 and older. Individuals under 18 are not eligible to create an account, purchase a membership, or participate in these services, including with parental or guardian permission.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 through these services. If you believe someone under 18 has provided personal information to JUGS, contact hello@moveyourjugs.com or use Contact JUGS so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to restrict the account and remove the information, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Individual calculators have higher minimum ages. The adult BMI calculator is intended for ages 20 and older. The daily calorie-needs calculator is intended for ages 19 and older and excludes pregnancy and breastfeeding. These tool-specific limits apply in addition to JUGS membership eligibility.

The website may link to external sites such as equipment retailers, service providers, or social platforms. When you follow those links, the destination may receive technical connection or referral information and apply its own privacy practices.

Review the destination’s privacy policy and settings before providing information. JUGS does not control independently operated websites.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in features, data practices, or legal requirements. The revised policy will show its effective date.

We will provide notice of material changes and obtain any additional consent where required by applicable law. Posting a policy update does not replace a consent that the law separately requires.
